Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery; specific conditions may apply depending on the product category and ongoing promotions.
  1. For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original payment method; COD orders will receive the refund amount in the CLOVINIC wallet.
  1. Any issues related to defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
  1. Items purchased during special sales or promotional offers (such as Buy One Get One Free or Free Gift campaigns) are not eligible for return.
  1. reverse shipment fee up to ₹100 may be charged in case of excessive returns, and this amount will be deducted from your refund.
  1. For hygiene and safety reasons, items such as accessories, sunglasses, perfumes, masks, and innerwear are non-returnable under any circumstances.

FOR CLOVINIC MEMBERS

  1.  Clovinic Members can enjoy extended return or exchange privileges for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note that any loyalty points earned or credited on an order will be revoked if the items are returned.
  1. Free gifts received with purchases can only be exchanged, not returned.
  1. Products bought together with a free gift offer are eligible only for exchange, not for return, to prevent misuse of promotional benefits.
  1. If you redeem loyalty points within 8 days before they are credited to your account, the associated order will be eligible for exchange only, not return.
